How Much Does Shipping Cost?
We aim to provide our customers with the best possible service. We process and dispatch standard orders in 1-2 days.
During busy times, such as Christmas, and sales please allow a couple of extra days.
Larger orders are dispatched within 3 days through our trusted courier service.
There are no extra charges for packaging as we recycle most of what we receive-just trying to do our bit for the environment.

My Order Has Not Arrived. What do I do?
Don't worry, we record and track every parcel we send. If your order has not arrived, please send us an email with your order number, and we will find your package's whereabouts.
When Will I Know When My Order Has Been Dispatched?
Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are working on it. You Will then receive another email when we've shipped your order.
Can I Collect My Order?
